Are you a service member, veteran, or military spouse entrepreneur who wants to learn how to start and grow your business? Patriot Boot Camp is a 501(c)(3) that provides 3-Day intensive entrepreneurial boot camps for members of the military, veterans and the military spouse community around the country. MX, longtime speakers and mentors for Patriot Boot Camp, has kindly invited PBC to MX headquarters in beautiful Lehi, UT, near Salt Lake City, August 23-25, 2019. Patriot Boot Camp is presented by Techstars, the largest accelerator in the world and sponsored by USAA, Jared Polis Foundation, Google for Startups and the MetLife Foundation. The Patriot Boot Camp programs feature world-class speakers, access to funding options, and over 35 subject matter experts providing one on one mentoring sessions.
Veteran-owned businesses represent 9.1% of American owned businesses, and studies show that veterans tend to out-earn non-veteran entrepreneurs.
The PBC program has over 850 military community entrepreneur graduates, 5 alumni featured on Shark Tank, and 12 alumni accepted into Techstars (the world’s largest accelerator program). These veteran and military spouse owned companies have provided more than 1600 jobs, raised over $100 million and 24% of PBC alumni are female founders.
The unemployment rate for military spouses is a staggering 23%, or four times higher than the national unemployment rate. Patriot Boot Camp is working hard to help alleviate this issue for military spouses around the world with entrepreneurship. PBC offers the 3-Day entrepreneur training programs so that military spouses can build a company that can “PCS” with them.
**Note: This program is free to attend; however, participants are responsible for covering the cost of their travel and accommodations.
**We are thrilled to share that due to an overwhelming response and record breaking number of incredible entrepreneur applicants, we will be closing applications for PBC Utah 2019 on June 10, 2019.
Here is what some of the PBC entrepreneurs and mentors said about the program:
"Patriot Boot Camp was an incredible experience, filled with highly applicable information, insight and suggestions to help fuel the success of Veteran entrepreneurs. I learned more from 4 hours of mentor sessions than I learned in months of self-study, and made valuable long-term connections who are genuinely interested in my success. I also came away with a truly motivational Team feeling between myself and the other Veteran entrepreneurs, and I look forward to following their successes. PBC gets my highest recommendation, without reservation." - Jäger Von Vlad, CEO & Owner, Entrepreneur, Austin Class 2019
I was blown away by the quality of the content, the entrepreneurs, the mentors, and the overall execution of the program. Entrepreneurs are not getting this level of information or support anywhere else I've seen. Mentor, Austin Class 2019

"Patriot Boot Camp was the first program to explicitly invite me in as a military spouse founder. Understanding the positioning and life cycle differences between military spouse founders and veteran founders will make a world of difference for new emerging cohorts of business owners and tech founders from the military spouse community. The mentors I met for just 2 days at PBC have continued to be strong confidants, advisors, and diehard supporters of all we do. I am grateful for the experience, the acceptance, and the continued support from PBC and their amazing team." - Erica McMannes, COO/Founder of Instant Teams. Denver Class 2017.
I was one of the first military spouse entrepreneurs to be accepted to Patriot Boot Camp during their second class in 2013 held at George Washington University. Taylor McLemore, the Founder of PBC, always made sure military spouses were accepted into the program the same as our veteran entrepreneurs. Without a doubt my company, MilitaryOneClick/MilSpouseFest would not have been successful without the mentorship, education and networking that happened at my first PBC and continued through my entire entrepreneurial journey, even after my company was acquired. I am a proud PBC alumni and fortunately I get to keep working with these incredible veteran, service members and military spouse entrepreneurs and mentors across the globe. - Jen Pilcher, CEO, Patriot Boot Camp, Military Spouse
